License
Biblescapes images are created to be used freely. Our license reflects that.
What is permitted
• All images can be downloaded and used for free in personal applications
• All images can be used without prior permission, though attribution is appreciated!
What is not permitted
• Biblescapes images cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes
• Biblescapes images cannot be reposted or compiled to replicate a similar or competing service (including but not limited to social media accounts dedicated to posting or reposting Christian content, Christian organization webpages, or church accounts)
• Biblescapes short-form and long-form video content follows these same limitations, but also may not be used or reposted without prior expressed written consent and attribution.
• Biblescapes apparel designs, promotional content, and all related assets may not be used in any way without prior expressed written consent.

1. Introduction
Biblescapes is a photography and Bible verse discovery platform. We (Biblescapes) operate the Biblescapes website at biblescapes.org (the "Site") and all related social media accounts and other services that we provide (together, the "Service") with the goal of helping people explore the beauty of the Bible and nature. Your use of the Service, and our provision of the Service to you, constitutes an agreement by you and Biblescapes to be bound by the terms and conditions in these Terms of Service.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ARE TELLING US THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVCE, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND LICENSE (TOGETHER, THESE "TERMS"). If you don't agree with anything we propose in these Terms, please don't (and you don't have our permission to) use any part of the Service.
These Terms require that if we get into a dispute with you relating to the Service (or vice versa), the dispute will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. This means that YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO SUE US (OR BE SUED BY US) UNDER THIS CONTRACT. Our disputes will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT A JUDGE OR JURY and you cannot start or join a class action lawsuit.
2. License
Please refer to the top portion of this webpage to read the Biblescapes License. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Biblescapes License, as well as the accompanying Terms & Conditions. As a reminder, this license does not include the right to repost or compile Biblescapes images to replicate a similar or competing service.
3. Digital Millenium Copyright Act
We comply with the parts of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act that are applicable to internet service providers (17 U.S.C. §512, as amended). Any notice that alleges material hosted by or distributed through the Service infringe intellectual property rights must include:
A. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other right that is alleged to be infringed;
B. a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
C. a description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Service; your address, telephone number, and email address;
D. a statement from you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the materials on the Service off which you are complaining is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

4. Modifying these Terms
We may, at times, make changes to these Terms on 7 days' notice. If and when we do, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate these changes. We may provide this communication through a website banner, homepage announcement, sending an email to those on our mailing list, or in some other way, letting you know when the new version of these Terms will go into effect. If you don't accept the new Terms that we are proposing, we ask and expect that you no longer access and use the Service.
5. Ownership of the Service
Biblescapes owns and operates the Service. All of the software, visual interfaces, graphics, designs, information, compilations of images, and all other elements of the Service (the "Materials") that we provide are protected by intellectual property and other laws. We own all of the Materials contained in the Service and you cannot use the Materials except as you are specifically permitted under these Terms.
6. Disclaimer; No Warranties
WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE, AND ALL CONTENT THAT'S AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF THE COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT WE WILL FIX ANY ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
